*Charlie Dowd** – update

We have the unfortunate news to share…

MISSING PERSON UPDATE, FRIDAY, SEPTEMBER 21, 2012
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

HAIGLER, NE – The Dowd family is saddened to share the news that the body of Charlie Dowd was found Friday, September 21 in Haigler, NE, an area between Fort Morgan, CO and McCook, NE. The body was spotted by a BNSF railway worker and immediately reported to the authorities.

While the family is devastated, they would like to express their gratitude for the many prayers, support, and messages posted to the Charlie Dowd Facebook page, and for the efforts of the many volunteers who have helped search for him this past week.

More details are coming soon. Thank you again on behalf of the family for the support of the many agencies, groups, and individuals who have helped the Dowd family during this time. They also ask to refrain from contacting them directly at this time to give them space to grieve and share the news with other family members.

As with many great photographs, John has not only created an emotion with his photo, but also leads the viewer into an imaginary story written in their own mind.

I hope this photo makes you smile.  I certainly did when I opened it.  At first, I thought “what a silly goat chewing on a flower”.  Then I realized this was only the beginning of the destruction.  I assume by now that entire field of daisies has been reduced to goat made fertilizer.  Please follow John below on how he painstakingly created Zottel.

As a massage therapist for over 20 years I always love hearing the spa trends for the year. I am hopeful that more people will learn the health benefits of massage and not see it as a luxury item. All people from all walks of life benefit from massage.

Let’s explore some of the different spa trends for 2012:

1. Feet Focus – Reflexology – Foot Massage

On the rise are multi-treatments focused on the feet. Specific work on the foot due to high-heel pain.

Mandarin Oriental Las Vegas offers a Shanghai foot massage.

La Costa Spa now has a Reflexology Path at their Carlsbad Resort in San Diego.

2. Cold & Ice – Icy therapies & cold experiences are hot!

Great for inflammation and pain reduction.
