Thank you for bring back some wonderful memories. My husband and I spent our 25th wedding anniversary in New Orleans last October. It was so beautiful. It was a working trip for us, but it really didn’t feel like it. We were there to visit the plantations. We are opening a bed and breakfast in Virginia and wanted to get some ideas. Our plantation has a home built in 1791 and is the birthplace of James Madison. We got some wonderful ideas and also had a chance to make some friends and eat some alligator. Okay may my husband ate it. I picked at it. But the etouffee was out of this world!
